Weekly round-up: 1/7 – 1/13

Exercised 10 hours:

  • 6 1/2 hours riding (97 miles)
  • 1 1/2 hours running (8.5 miles)
  • 2 hours weights and yoga

It was a very nice week — a great 3 1/2 hour ride, some good running, lots of stretching.
