Weekly round-up: 1/28 — 2/3

10 hours total:

  • 6:50 hours riding
  • 1:40 running
  • 1:30 weights and yoga

Looking at the weather forecast, I think I’ll probably be doing less than this in the upcoming week.  It’s my goal to see if I can keep exercising regularly this winter without once riding on the trainer or running on a treadmill.  This week will be a test …
