Friday ride

Rode 2 hrs. 15 min. and had fun doing it; I rode a course I haven’t ridden on in quite a while, one that takes me past woods and reservoirs and is quite pretty.  And one that has a few hills.  But even after yesterday’s hill workout, I didn’t feel all that terribly tired.

My foot feels much better, although the stiffness and discomfort is still there … I hope it doesn’t linger too long.  I’m very much looking forward to running again, which tells me that triathlons may, in fact, be the thing for me!
